My mother in law was a patient at Augusta Health for a week in April of this year. She received excellent care on both the third and second floor. The nurses, CNA’s, doctors and everyone from Hospice treated her with the utmost care and respect. They communicated with our family and continually asked if there was anything they could do for my mother in law or us. We are very appreciative of everything everyone did for us during this difficult time.

Husband got great, friendly, professional, courteous, proficient, timely care while hospitalized. Staff generally act like they like their jobs and it shows.

I was very pleased with my experience getting bloodwork. The results were very fast. I really don't like needles, and the young lady who was a trainee was excellent. The atmosphere was very friendly.

I was driving from Rockville, MD to Slidell , Louisiana when I had a sudden kidney stone attack. Dr Jusus was the on staff ER Dr and nurse Anna was by his side. They got my pain under control right away and proceeded to run a CT scan to find where the stone was that was causing the problem. After being released I drove another 16 hours home. I can't express how grateful I am about their kindness and care. Have a happy New Years.

The labor and delivery department was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and helpful in the successful delivery and first few days of our child’s life! The food and service were great, the rooms were nice, and the care and compassion was top notch.

I had the most awesome professional most friendly and attentive experience .I went in for a full knee replacement surgery at Augusta Medical.After surgery was admitted to the Joint Center.Thank you Dr.Ottini, you had the best bed side manner, you made me feel confident going into surgery, thank you to all the nurses for your genuine professional care. informative . Everything flowed like clockwork everyone genuinely cared and you felt that.

I was scheduled for a bone density test at the Fisherville Augusta Health hospital. All of the hospital staff I dealt with, including the Lobby Guard, were very professional and helpful. I was seen at my appointed time and treated with care.

Amazing place for hip replacement: - staff was friendly, polite, professional - whenever I called, they answered promptly or found who did & returned the call - fine instruction to our group on what to expect and what we’d need - Dr. Greenwell called me the day after surgery! - 3-4 days in pain, 10 days to feel well enough to go back to work. Highly, highly recommend. Thankful for them.

Just wanna say a big thank you to the nurses for taking tremendous care of me. There names are Elizabeth,Mindy,Randy,Ricardo,Jessica,and Josh. Well done on the hospitality ! Big thanks to Dr Riccio and her staff Jake and Hunter very nice and respectful people. Went in for an appendix surgery and dr riccio took her time and observed a colon issue and treated that very thoroughly.

I recently had unexpected surgery and am quite pleased. The surgery team, hospital staff, and recovery nurses were all friendly, thorough, and supportive. The facility seemed to be clean, well maintained, and comfortable. The nurses were delightful. The food was pretty good too.
